Every roll of fabric produced at Olefins goes through a controlled, precision manufacturing process designed to guarantee consistency, strength, and performance in every meter.
Raw Material Selection
We source virgin-grade polypropylene (PP) granules from certified suppliers. Quality begins with the raw material.
Extrusion & Fiber Formation
PP granules are melted and extruded through precision spinnerets to form continuous filaments at exact diameters.
Web Formation & Bonding
Filaments are laid onto a conveyor to form a uniform web, then thermally bonded through calendar rollers — no binders or chemicals.
Finishing & Treatment
Fabrics can be treated for hydrophilicity, hydrophobicity, UV resistance, or anti-static properties depending on application.
Quality Inspection
Every roll is tested for GSM weight, tensile strength, elongation, and uniformity before packaging.
Winding & Dispatch
Rolls are wound to specified lengths, wrapped in protective film, and palletized for domestic and international shipment.
